Recipe:

Ingredients:
1 liter (4 cups) water
1 tablespoon fresh grated ginger (or 1 teaspoon ground ginger)
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (with the “mother”)
Juice of ½ lemon
1 teaspoon honey (optional)
Pinch of cinnamon (optional)
Instructions:
Bring the water to a gentle boil.
Add the ginger and simmer for 5–10 minutes.
Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
Strain, then stir in lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, honey, and cinnamon.
